Notice of Partnering Agreement - Curbside Recycling

The City of Fernie intends to enter into a partnering agreement, pursuant to Section 23 of the Community Charter, to allow Recycle BC to undertake the provision and operation of a municipal service, being a curbside recycling program, from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029.

A copy of the proposed partnering agreement is available for viewing at City Hall, 501 3rd Avenue, during regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

This notice was given on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, in accordance with Section 94 of the Community Charter.
