I WANT TO APPEAR BEFORE COUNCIL

If you or your organization would like to present to Council or Committee of the Whole, please submit a completed Petition and Delegation application two weeks prior to the meeting at which the delegation would like to present. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Application to Appear Before Council

The presentation topic must deal with a matter that is within the jurisdiction of the City and the Corporate Officer has the right to refuse to place a delegation on the agenda or refer the issue to another body if the topic is not considered to fall within the authority of Council. Please see Section 3.7 Public Participation of Council Procedure Bylaw No. 2446 for further delegation rules and presentation procedures.
