The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of professional engineering consulting services to design a new dike up to 75% detailed design submission level along the Elk River to protect approximately 50 properties along 3rd Street east of Highway 3 from flood hazard.
