The City of Fernie is requesting proposals for interior and exterior renovations of the Fernie Chamber of Commerce Building located at 102 Commerce Road, Fernie, BC. RFP deadline is 4:00pm, Friday, October 23, 2015.
The goal of this RFP is to receive proposals from qualified proponents who have the expertise, experience, and ability, to complete exterior and interior renovations to the Chamber of Commerce building this fall. The interior renovations include the addition of interior offices, washroom renovations, and finishes. Exterior renovations include the addition of a new front entrance and roof features. Specific details regarding the scope of work is provided in appendix documents provided by LeBlond Architects and Planners. Please see RFP documents below.
