Notice of Disposition - Statutory Right of Way

The City of Fernie intends to dispose of an interest in land being the grant of a statutory right of way for underground distribution utilities:
Lessor: BC Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro)
Location: Lot 1 District Lot 4589 Kootenay District Plan NEP20274 (250 Pine Avenue) and Lot A District Lot 4589 Kootenay District Plan 18686 Except Plan NEP71387 (322 Pine Avenue)
Term: no monetary consideration will be received by the City, the purpose of granting the statutory right of way is to service the Lands.
This notice is given on February 12, 2025, in accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter.
