Property Taxes Due

2020 Property Taxes must be paid in full by July 2, 2020 at 5pm to avoid a 10% penalty.

If you wish to pay your taxes in person, City Hall will be open extended hours from 8 am - 5 pm on June 29, 30 and July 2. Please be aware that as part of our COVID-19 safety protocols, only two members of the public are permitted in City Hall at one time. You may be required to wait in line outside, so please come prepared for the weather.

Payment of your property taxes can be also be made by mail, by phone and internet banking, or in person through most financial institutions.

Eligible property owners must also complete the Home Owner Grant application. Penalties apply to Home Owner Grants not claimed by July 2, 2020.
