Council Meetings

The next Regular Council Meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Monday, September 12, 2016 in Council Chambers, 501-3rd Avenue, Fernie BC.  The Committee of the Whole (COTW) Meeting of Council will be on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 10:00am in Council Chambers.

Council will convene to closed Committee of the Whole meeting pursuant to Section 90 (1) (a) and (i) of the Community Charter, as the subject matter being considered at this time relates to: 

(i) personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality;

(ii) the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
