Special Council Meeting

July 11, 2016 (1:00pm - 2:30pm)

Notice is given that a Special meeting for the City of Ferne Council will be held in Council Chambers in City Hall located at 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 1:00pm. 

Pursuant to Section 90(1) (a), (c) and (e) of the Community Charter, this meeting shall convene and be closed to the Public for the purposes of discussions related to:

  1. personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality; and labour relations or other employee relations; 
  2. the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality; and 
  3. labour relations or other employee relations.

This notice was given on Friday, July 8, 2016 in accordance with Section 127 of the Community Charter.
