Special Council Meeting

Notice is given that a Special Meeting for the City of Fernie Council will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 501 - 3rd Avenue, Fernie, BC on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 9:00am for City Council to deal with matters relating to:

  1. Consideration of Development Variance Permit Application DVPA-375 to vary Curb Requirements of Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw No. 1727 for property located within Montane Subdivision; and
  2. Adoption of Bylaw No. 2282, cited as Zoning Bylaw No.1750, Amendment Bylaw No. 178, 2015 that proposes text amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 1750.
