National Lifeguard Safety Course

The National Lifeguard Safey course is designed to develop the fundamental values, judgment, knowledge and skills required to become a lifeguard. The course emphasizes the principles, practice and the decision-making processes which will assist the lifeguard in providing effective safety supervision in swimming pool environments.

Pre-Requisites:  Must be 16 years of age by last day of course, Standard First Aid and Bronze Cross.

Course cost is $404.18 + tax and runs August 17 to August 26, 2015 (Monday to Wednesday) 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Fernie Aquatic Centre, 250 Pine Avenue, Fernie, BC.  Call the Aquatic Centre to register at 250.423.4466.
