Notice of Intent - Partnering Agreement

The City of Fernie intends to enter into a partnering agreement pursuant to s. 21 and s. 24 of the Community Charter. The agreement would provide assistance to Twin Meadows Animal Rescue Society, Inc. for the provision of services in support of municipal animal control operations from February 27, 2026, through August 27, 2028. -
